Luke Hamaty
Co-Director of Research

Luke Hamaty is a junior Finance major and MIS minor from Greensburg, PA. He joined Leveraged Lion Capital in the spring of 2024 and currently serves as Co-Director of Research. Previously, he was the Lead Analyst of the Materials sector and Associate Analyst in the Materials Sector. For the summer of 2025, Luke will be interning at Trading Operations at Federated Hermes. His involvements outside of Leveraged Lion Capital include Vice President of Nittany Markets Analysis Association, Sapphire, and Delta Sigma Pi. Some of Luke's interests include lifting, pickleball, classic rock and Pittsburgh sports. He says that Leveraged Lion Capital has helped immensely with his knowledge of the financial markets, especially in the credit market. All the long hours in the trading room helped his gained valuable experience that will propel him into future career endeavors.
