Founded in the spring semester of 2017, the organization seeks to educate undergraduate students about the complex world of fixed-income markets. Leveraged Lion Capital utilizes strategic partnerships with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, the Loan Syndications and Trading Association, and S&P Global Market Intelligence to receive exclusive market data.

Leveraged Lion Capital actively manages a $125 million paper portfolio of leveraged loans and high-yield bonds via a hands-on approach by researching, analyzing, and pitching speculative-grade debt to the organization. Leveraged Lion Capital is broken out into 8 different sectors derived from the S&P/LSTA 100 Index, including Consumer & Retail, Energy, Healthcare, Industrials, Information Technology, Materials, Media & Communications, and REGAL-FIG.
